Ruben Studdard Goes Vegetarian

Ruben Studdard became a vegetarian and says it changed his life. The American Idol winner has lost weight, has more energy, and has a greater sense of well-being after making the dietary change. PETA's website GoVeg.org has an interview with Studdard

I’ve dropped 80 pounds since leaving Duke—but 40 of that came after I became a vegetarian. My band, they all complain about my rider requirements for only veggie stuff backstage, but they’re learning, too, like I did. There’s always a better way to live if you’re open to it.

Wow. First Paula goes and now Simon is on his way out. I wonder what's going to happen to American Idol. I wonder if it will still be as popular without Simon. I think he is a very big part of what made the show successful.

I want to know God's thoughts

I liked reading this article. I will have a thorough look to the rest of the articles and if i am interested perhaps we could do some deals
