Robert Goulet Dies at 73
Robert Goulet, 73, has died at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles after being diagnosed last month with interstitial pulmonary fibrosis. He was awaiting a lung transplant but did not receive one in time.
Goulet was most famous for playing Lancelot in the original 1960 Broadway production of "Camelot."
Last night, the lights on Broadway were dimmed for one minute in honor of Goulet.
He is survived by his wife, Vera, two sons Christopher and Michael, daughter Nicolette, and two grandchildren.
