Owen Wilson Hospitalized After Alleged Suicide Attempt
Owen Wilson reportedly attempted suicide over the weekend, with reports saying that the actor slit his wrists and took a large amount of pills. He was found by his brother, Andrew Wilson, and rushed to the hospital.
While Wilson's reps have so far opted not to comment on the media speculation—failing to confirm whether the actor was even home at the time of the call, let alone been hospitalized—the tabloids are claiming that Wilson was admitted to St. John's hospital Sunday afternoon after attempting suicide.
Wilson issued the following statement through his publicist:
"I respectfully ask that the media allow me to receive care and heal in private during this difficult time."

Poor guy, society thinks being wealthy and famous is easy, clearly we can see in these situations, there’s a lot of responsibility, pressure, and loneliness involved here. I hope Owen has a speedy healing process, and receives the utmost care with this!
