Newsflash: Celebrities Are Narcissistic

Dr. Drew Pinsky and S. Mark Young of USC conducted a study on celebrities to see if they were more narcissistic than non-celebrities.

The study, whose subjects were all guests on Pinsky's sex-advice radio show — not a place for shrinking violets — found that reality TV stars were the most narcissistic of all celebrities. Female stars were also more likely than their male counterparts to exhibit narcissistic traits.

We didn't need this study to tell us that. All we needed was Rupert Everett and his new autobiography, Red Carpets and Other Banana Skins, in which we learn that Sharon Stone is "stark raving mad," Julia Roberts is "tinged with madness," and Rupert Everett is quite possibly the worst writer in the world.

She had never looked better, even if she insisted on cutting her own hair with her nail scissors. She was a great beauty and her eyes were hypnotic. I was swept in by their drama, even if I didn't know what the hell she was talking about.
