Her father Michael Lohan says she is in a much stronger place now and that her biggest challenge will be staying away from bad influences in Hollywood.

The sojourn in Utah was Lohan's third go-round in rehab this year, this one necessitated by her July 24 DUI bust, the starlet's second boozed-fueled auto incident of the year. She checked in to Cirque during the first week of August.

"[Cirque Lodge] is a little bit different from our colleagues in that we've taken traditional, cognitive therapies and combined them with daily experiential sessions," says Gary Fisher, director of operations at Cirque Lodge. "There is a challenge course and an equine program."

"I have made a proactive decision to take care of my personal health," the star said in her statement. "I appreciate your well wishes and ask that you please respect my privacy at this time."

She is rumored to be receiving treatment at the Wonderland Center in Los Angeles.

However, according to many reports Lohan is still drinking heavily and even went on a drunken tirade at the GQ Men Of The Year Dinner.

For the fourth time this year, she was rushed to the hospital. This time she fell at a Fashion Week party at Milk Studios in New York and fractured her wrist in two places.

Apparently there is going to be an investigation into the matter because Lohan claims Milk Studios did not do enough to prevent such an accident.

At the time she lost her balance, Lohan was clad in ostensibly sensible shoes--flat-heeled Chanel boots, as opposed to stilettos, [Linday's rep Leslie Sloane] Zelnick said.

Lohan, who stars in director Robert Altman's current release "A Prairie Home Companion," was filming scenes for the upcoming "Georgia Rule," in which she portrays a rebellious teenager who is sent to live with her grandmother.
