LeAnn Rimes is recovering from surgery in Los Angeles. The country singer, 23, had surgery on her leg after a tissue tear became infected.
"She is doing just fine," [her publicist] Baron said. "She's now resting in a hotel room. She won't be able to travel for a day or two."
