Katharine McPhee Fractures Left Foot

Katharine McPhee, who joined the Idols Live tour late due to laryngitis, tripped and fractured her left foot before a show on Tuesday night. Despite the injury, the runner-up to winner Taylor Hicks will continue with the tour. Looks like the poor girl is having a string of bad luck!

However, McPhee was able to take the stage — wearing "slipper-sandals" — to sing two songs. She went to a hospital after the performance, and X-rays showed a hairline fracture in her left foot, Widynowski told The Associated Press on Thursday.
