Elliott Yamin Throws Rocks, Breaks Pinky
American Idol finalist Elliott Yamin, 28, apparently likes to throw rocks in his spare time. He broke his left pinky while throwing rocks at a street sign in Richmond, Virginia. His finger "got caught on a rod holding down a rock."
"My finger snapped back and broke," he told People. "I had to get a plate and two screws and I'm wearing a cast. I'm doing okay. It's not hampering me."
