Catherine Zeta-Jones is denying reports that she is suffering from anorexia.

She says: "I'm just working out and not chomping down what I usually chomp down."

She also says her husband, Michael Douglas, laughed at the idea. "He told me what (people had) said -- that stories say I'm anorexic. Do I look anorexic? How could I ever, ever be anorexic?"

A few days back we wrote about Billie Piper and her admission that she has battled anorexia. Now, the British actress reveals in her autobiography, Growing Pains, that she once tried to eat tissue in an effort to stop hunger pangs.

"I read about a girl who ate tissues to fill herself up, so once I tried to force Kleenex down my throat. But not only was I still hungry, I nearly choked on a ball of tissue."

Actress Kate Hudson, 27, has settled a lawsuit against the National Enquirer for libelous claims that she was suffering from anorexia. She says she filed the lawsuit because she was concerned that young women would be influenced by the idea that she was anorexic. The headline in the Enquirer was "Goldie tells Kate: Eat something! And she listens!" The magazine has agreed to publish an apology and pay Hudson undisclosed damages.

"There are lines that are drawn and lines that are crossed and that's completely inappropriate and not something to be taken lightly ... I couldn't just let someone accuse me of something that serious - and such a blatant lie."

Nicole Richie's father, Lionel Richie, says he's aware of Nicole's weight issue and that he's talked to her about it. He recently told Vanity Fair magazine that she was getting treatment and told Access Hollywood:

"Of course, I mean, what are fathers for if you can't point the finger every once in awhile ... I think the good part of it is she is aware of it. ... She has heard this all of her life from me, so this just a continuation of the reminder."
