As for any potential bid by Arthur to wrangle custody of Dannielynn away from Birkhead, he told Access Hollywood that joint guardianship, well-intended or not, is out of the question. As would be a reconciliation should such a legal battle take place.

"This is my child and I'm going to raise it," he said. "For someone to fight me and them come back after they lose and say they want to see the baby, that's going to be difficult for me. So if you fight me now, you might have to fight me later."

Birkhead Won't Share Dannielynn

Update: During the press conference it was revealed that Anna Nicole had been in Florida since Monday. She was staying at the hotel with Howard K. Stern. Anna Nicole had a nurse in her hotel room and the nurse is the one who called 911 at 1:38 pm. At 1:45 pm her bodyguard attempted CPR. Paramedics arrived and failed to revive her. She was taken to the hospital where she was pronounced dead at 2:49 pm.

It's not clear why Anna had a nurse in her room, but there have been reports that Anna had a fever last night and the nurse may have been there for that reason. Anna's 5-month-old baby, Dannielynn, is reportedly in the Bahamas under the care of a family friend.
